Dez Minto

Dez is the studio manager and company director of Minto Music Ltd. Together with his impressive audio portfolio Dez is a recognised session drummer and author of the 2006 book ‘Rhythm Revolution’ released worldwide through Survivor/EMI.

Gav Richards

Gav studied recording techniques and music production at Newcastle College for 4 years. He is currently a freelance audio engineer and producer, as well as touring worldwide with UK band yfriday playing Keyboards and Guitar.

Tom Onions

Tom has a degree in music production from Leeds
College Of Music; his strength lies in bringing a
fresh ear to the arrangement of tracks. Tom also plays our guitar sessions when requested.
